Aqua Tots Auburn Hills is seeking a Guest Service Manager to lead a busy, friendly team at our Auburn Hills location. This salaried role focuses on scheduling, training, payroll, and delivering exceptional customer service to families.

You will work closely with the General Manager and Aquatics Manager, manage operations, build staff relationships, and ensure a positive, organized environment while maintaining safety and quality service.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of management experience.
• Able to lead a team and work with GM and Aquatics Manager.
• Full-time availability including one weekend shift.

Salary: $40,000+ per year Based on Experience

Requirements:

• Availability to work full time
• Availability to work one weekend shift from 8:30am-3pm (Saturday or Sunday)
• Ability to manage and lead a team
• Work alongside General Manager and Aquatics Manager to provide a positive work environment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Ability to process orders and order supplies as needed
• 2 years management experience
• Building relationships with staff and customers

Must be able to accommodate 40-45 hrs per week. Schedule requires 4 weekdays (Monday-Friday) of a work schedule that can range from 9:30am-8pm and we require 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) with a shift from 8:30am-3pm.
