Job summary

Aqua Tots Swim School - Aqua Tots Canton, LLC is seeking a Guest Service Manager to lead daily operations, supervise a team, and ensure a friendly, efficient guest experience.

You will handle scheduling, payroll, and supply orders while maintaining a clean, safe environment; must be available full time, including one weekend shift, and commit to 40–45 hours weekly.

Salary:

$40,000+ per year Based on Experience

Requirements:

• Availability to work full time
• Availability to work one weekend shift from 8:30am-3pm (Saturday or Sunday)
• Ability to manage and lead a team
• Work alongside General Manager and Aquatics Manager to provide a positive work environment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Ability to process orders and order supplies as needed
• 2 years management experience
• Building relationships with staff and customers

Must be able to accommodate 40-45 hours per week. Schedule requires 4 weekdays (Monday-Friday) of a work schedule that can range from 9:30am-8pm and we require 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) with a shift from 8:30am-3:00pm.
