Aqua Tots Swim Schools Novi is seeking a Guest Service Manager to lead a front-desk and guest-services team in a fast-paced, FUN environment. You will schedule, train, and supervise staff while ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth daily operations.

Salary

$40,000+ per year Based on Experience

Requirements

• Availability to work full time
• Availability to work one weekend shift from 8:30am-3pm (Sunday required)
• Ability to manage and lead a team
• Work alongside General Manager and Aquatics Manager to provide a positive work environment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Ability to process orders and order supplies as needed
• 2 years management experience
• Building relationships with staff and customers

Must be able to accommodate 40 hrs per week. Schedule requires 4 weekdays (Monday-Friday) of a work schedule that can range from 9:30am-8pm and we require 1 weekend day (Sunday required) with a shift from 8:30am-3:00pm.
