Aqua Tots Canton, LLC is hiring a Guest Service Manager in Canton, MI to run daily front-desk operations and lead a small team of associates in a fast-paced swim school environment.

The role offers a $40,000+ annual salary based on experience, with flexible schedules, weekly pay, and opportunities for growth. You will coordinate schedules, manage guest relations, and support the General Manager to maintain a positive, safe learning atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work full time.
• Must be able to work one weekend shift 8:30am-3:00pm.

• 2 years of management experience.

Salary:

$40,000+ per year Based on Experience

Requirements:

• Availability to work full time
• Availability to work one weekend shift from 8:30am-3pm (Saturday or Sunday)
• Ability to manage and lead a team
• Work alongside General Manager and Aquatics Manager to provide a positive work environment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Ability to process orders and order supplies as needed
• 2 years management experience
• Building relationships with staff and customers

Must be able to accommodate 40-45 hours per week. Schedule requires 4 weekdays (Monday-Friday) of a work schedule that can range from 9:30am-8pm and we require 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) with a shift from 8:30am-3:00pm.
