Job summary

Aqua-Tots Novi, LLC is seeking an Aquatics Manager to lead our swim school operations. This salaried role requires 40–45 hours per week, daytime and evening shifts, and at least one weekend day.

You will supervise a team, coordinate scheduling, training, and customer service while partnering with the General Manager and Guest Service Manager to maintain a positive, safe learning environment.

This is a leadership role in a fast-paced environment, so candidates must be comfortable multitasking, managing and supporting a team, and staying organized throughout the day. Evening availability and one weekend shift per week (Saturday or Sunday) are required for this position.

Salary

$50,000+ per year, based on experience

Schedule Requirements

This position requires 40-45 hours per week, including 4 weekdays (Monday-Friday) and 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday). Weekday schedules will include a combination of earlier and later shifts within our operating hours, with availability to work until close on select weekdays required. The weekend shift is 8:30am-3pm, with Saturday and Sunday rotating weekly.
