Job summary

Chevron Stations Inc. in San Francisco, CA, is seeking a Customer Service Representative who will cook, cashier, and keep the station clean while delivering friendly, efficient service.

You will work part-time shifts (Mon, Fri and Sat 7am to 3:30pm), handle POS transactions accurately, follow safety and food-handling guidelines, and help promote store specials. This role offers flexible shifts and opportunities to grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Must be sufficiently proficient in English to understand policies and communicate with customers and coworkers.
• Available to work a variety of hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle challenging situations professionally and exercise sound judgment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Must have up-to-date food handling certificates where required by law.
• Cooking/Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and greet customers courteously.
• Conduct POS activities accurately and safely across payment forms.
• Maintain cash drawer and reconcile sales as required.
• Perform consistent station cleaning indoors and outdoors.
• Prepare food and beverages and manage associated services.
• Promote store specials and other marketing programs.
• Ensure shelves are stocked and products are organized.
