Job summary

Chevron Stations Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Representative at our Napa, CA gas station to provide friendly guest service, handle POS transactions, and maintain a clean, safe store environment.

You will work part-time shifts, including mornings/evenings and weekends, with opportunities for growth and access to benefits such as health packages, education reimbursement, and paid training. Applicants should have food handling certificates where required and be able to lift, stand, and work

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in English to understand CSI policies, safety training, and job instructions.
• Available to work a variety of hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
• Ability to work both independently and in team settings.
• Must possess up-to-date food handling certificates, as required by law (in specific locations only).
• Cooking/Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and greet customers warmly.
• Conduct all point-of-sale activities accurately and safely.
• Maintain cash drawer and reconcile cash at end of shift.
• Perform station cleaning of indoor and outdoor areas.
• Prepare food and hot beverage products and manage related service items.
• Actively promote store specials and other marketing programs.
• Ensure shelves are stocked and restock as needed.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and local regulations; report incidents to management.
• Work with vendors and contractors as needed.
