Job summary

Applegreen USA Welcome Centers Central Services is seeking a Team Member to deliver exceptional customer service, clean and stock facilities, handle payments, and assist in food preparation across our travel plazas. You will operate the POS system, follow cash-handling policies, maintain product knowledge, and adhere to brand standards while supporting other tasks as needed.

This role requires standing for extended periods, flexible days including weekends and holidays, and a friendly, energetic

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Food handling knowledge preferred.
• Ability to operate POS and process payments.
• Knowledge of plaza products a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service to travelers and coworkers.
• Operate POS system, process payments, and follow cash-handling policies.
• Ensure proper food handling, labeling, dating, stocking, and temperature checks.
• Perform kitchen-related tasks including prepping, cooking, packaging, and cleaning.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Actively cross-sell and up-sell products.
• Maintain product knowledge and adhere to brand standards.
• Execute additional tasks as assigned.
