Smashburger Minnesota is seeking a Guest Service Expert to greet guests, take orders, and help ensure a welcoming dining experience. No experience needed; training is provided and you’ll join a fast-paced, friendly team in a community-focused restaurant.

You’ll contribute to each guest’s visit with accurate orders, upselling when appropriate, and a positive attitude. Flexible hours, competitive tip-sharing, and growth opportunities are offered in Minnesota.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities
