Lowes Foods in Winston-Salem is seeking a Cashier Supervisor to ensure the fastest, friendliest checkout experience by consistently applying Guest Service Standards. This role covers all functions related to sales assets and cash handling.

You will oversee cash office security, daily cash counts, deposits, and cashier training while maintaining accurate reports and high guest satisfaction. This is a full-time position focused on teamwork and reliable front-end leadership.

Formación

• Friendly, outgoing personality suitable for guest-facing roles.
• Ability to work well with others and contribute to a team.
• Capable of lifting 25 lbs occasionally and 15 lbs constantly.
• Able to read and understand information and directions.
• Knowledge of front end operations and cashier processes.
• Ability to supervise people including training and development.
• Willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Demonstrated math skills relevant to cash handling.
• Ability to work well with computers.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise cashier and guest service staff to ensure checkout standards.
• Manage sales, cash, and invoice accounting tasks weekly.
• Oversee cash office security and cash handling accuracy.
• Monitor cashier performance reports and conduct audits.
• Process guest orders to minimize wait times and improve service.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
