Job summary

American Golf Corporation is seeking a Cart Range Bag Attendant to deliver guest-first service and support daily golf operations. You will assist with cart handling, range maintenance, and member and guest assistance to ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience.

This role requires a professional demeanor, the ability to operate golf carts and related equipment, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays at our Ventura facility.

Qualifications

• Operate golf carts, ball picker, ball washer, ball dispenser and related gear safely.
• Provide friendly, professional guest service to members and guests.
• Possess a valid driver's license and basic golf course operations knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and assist with cart handling and loading clubs.
• Maintain golf cart fleet: wash, stock amenities, report issues.
• Maintain range: ensure balls, mats, lights and cleanliness; assist with other tasks.
• Provide customer service by addressing concerns and directing to a supervisor.
• Assist with routine maintenance on carts and range equipment.
• Support training of other cart attendants when needed.
• Support all American Golf initiatives and programs as requested.
