Job summary

American Golf Corporation is seeking a Cart Range Bag Attendant to deliver top-tier guest service while maintaining daily golf operation quality. You will help with cart range conditions and attend to golf bags, greeting members and guests and assisting with loading and care.

The role requires upright customer service and routine cart maintenance, with flexibility for varied days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• The ability to operate golf carts and related equipment.
• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Education in golf or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and instruct on cart loading.
• Maintain golf cart fleet including washing and stocking amenities.
• Maintain range conditions and ensure equipment functioning.
• Provide customer service by addressing concerns and directing to a supervisor.
• Perform routine cart maintenance (tires, spark plugs) as needed.
• Assist in implementing American Golf initiatives and other duties as assigned.
