Job summary

American Golf Corporation is seeking a Cart Range Bag Attendant to deliver exceptional guest service while maintaining our golf operations. You will greet members, assist with cart handling, and ensure the carts and range are clean, safe, and well-stocked.

Responsibilities include daily cart maintenance, range upkeep, and responding to member concerns with professionalism. This is a hands-on outdoor role that requires teamwork and reliability.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Education in golf or related field preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests and instruct on cart handling.
• Maintain golf cart fleet by washing, stocking amenities, removing trash, and inspecting for issues.
• Maintain the range in proper condition: balls, mats, lighting, and cleanliness.
• Provide customer service and direct concerns to a supervisor.
• Perform routine maintenance on carts (tires, spark plugs).
• Perform routine range maintenance (water, trash, parking areas).
• Support all American Golf initiatives and programs.
