Job summary

American Golf Corporation is seeking a friendly Cart Range Bag Attendant to deliver exceptional guest service while maintaining golf cart and range operations. You will greet members, assist with cart loading, and help care for the fleet and range.

A valid driver’s license is required. Flexible availability including evenings and weekends is expected. Golf or customer-service experience is a plus; training will ensure safety and high-quality guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills are required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Education in golf or related field is preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and greet all members and guests and assist with cart loading as needed.
• Maintain golf cart fleet by washing, stocking amenities, and reporting mechanical issues.
• Maintain the range by ensuring adequate range balls and proper cleaning and upkeep.
• Provide customer service by addressing concerns and directing to a supervisor.
• Perform routine maintenance on carts and range equipment as necessary.
