Job summary

American Golf Corporation is seeking a Cart Range Bag Attendant in Pomona, CA to deliver high-quality guest service and support daily golf operations. You will maintain carts and range conditions, assist members and guests, and help manage carts, range balls, and related equipment.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Education in golf or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge and greet all members and guests, provide instruction on proper cart handling and loading of clubs onto golf carts as needed.
• Maintain golf cart fleet by washing/detaining carts, stocking cart amenities, removing trash, ensuring fuel/power, and reporting mechanical problems.
• Maintain the range in proper condition: manage range balls, rotation of mats, lighting, tee alignment, and cleaning equipment.
• Provide customer service by fielding member or guest concerns and directing them to a supervisor.
• Perform routine maintenance on carts (changing tires, spark plugs) and range environment (water in coolers, trash, etc.).
• Ensure continuity of customer service by training other cart attendants as requested.
• Implement and support American Golf initiatives and programs.
