Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a clean background.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record and ability to drive manual transmission.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pleasant, professional demeanor with guests and coworkers.
• Open vehicle and hotel doors, assist with parking and retrieval of vehicles.
• Provide bell services, assist guests with directions, taxis, and reservations.
• Promote teamwork and lead by example; assist with scheduling changes.
• Issue claim checks, manage keys, and secure all valuables.
• Ensure HIPAA-compliant handling of guest information and privacy.
