Job summary

Pechanga Resort and Casino is hiring a Bus Person for the 1882 Cantina to support servers and ensure seamless guest service. This role involves clearing tables, maintaining service flow, and assisting with bread and water service, while upholding Four Diamond standards of service.

Qualities include the ability to read and follow instructions, and a commitment to friendly, attentive guest interactions. TIPS and Food Handler’s Cards are required, with at least 6 months of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Six months experience in a service role preferred.
• TIPS certification is required.
• Food Handler’s Card is required.
• Ability to read, write and comprehend simple instructions and memos.

Responsibilities

• Clear tables after guests finish meals.
• Clear soiled china, glass, and silverware during dining.
• Reset tables to standard as designated by management.
• Maintain water service throughout the meal.
• Provide bread service to each table as specified.
• Assist servers with small duties to help guests.
• Be an ambassador for guests; relay messages to servers as needed.
• Provide personalized guest service and greet guests warmly.
• Other duties as assigned.
