Job summary

Pechanga Resort Casino is seeking a friendly bussers to support dining service in the guests’ experience. You will clear tables, reset dining areas, and assist servers to ensure smooth service across shifts.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and up to 6 months of related experience. Strong guest communication, basic math, and knowledge of menu offerings are preferred. Must meet local licensing and training requirements.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required; 6 months’ experience preferred.
Ability to read, write, and comprehend simple instructions and memos; clear communication with guests and team members.
Math skills include basic arithmetic with money and measurements.
Ability to interpret safety rules and procedures and follow directions.

Responsibilities

Clearing table after guests are done with meal.
Clearing all soiled china, glass or silverware throughout guests’ dining experience.
Resetting tables to standard as designated by management.
Maintaining water service throughout meal for guests.
Provide bread service to each table as specified by the outlet’s menu.
Assisting server with small duties throughout service to appease guests.
Be an ambassador for the guests, relay messages to server as necessary.
Provide personalized guest service to each table, interact with guests, smile and greet warmly.
Other duties as assigned.
