Job summary

Pechanga Resort and Casino seeks a Bus Person for 1882 Cantina. You will support servers, clear tables, assist with bread service, and help create a smooth dining experience for guests.

The role emphasizes guest interaction, teamwork, safety and proper table maintenance. You will follow service standards, relay guest needs to servers, and participate in training through Pechanga University.

Qualifications

• Experience with dining room and restaurant service environments preferred, with ability to read simple instructions and guest requests.
• Must have or be able to obtain Food Handler’s Card and TIPS certification where required.
• At least 6 months experience in a hospitality service role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clearing table after guests are done with the meal.
• Clearing all soiled china, glass or silverware throughout guests’ dining experience.
• Resetting tables to standard as designated by management.
• Maintaining water service throughout meal for guests.
• Provide bread service to each table as specified by the outlet’s menu.
• Assisting server with small duties throughout service to please guests.
• Be an ambassador for guests, relay messages to server as necessary and communicate needs to server.
• Provide personalized guest service to each table, interact with guests and greet them warmly.
• Other duties as assigned.
