Job summary

Pechanga Resort Casino is seeking a Busser to support servers and guests in the dining rooms. This entry-level role involves clearing tables, resetting setups, maintaining water and bread service, and assisting the service team to ensure guest satisfaction.

Applicants should have at least 6 months of experience, basic reading/writing skills, and must qualify for a Class “B” gaming license as well as a Food Handlers and Tips Certification. Training will follow within 90 days as part of PLDA.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and comprehend simple instructions and safety rules.
• Ability to load, carry and unload trays safely in a fast-paced dining environment.

Responsibilities

• Clearing tables after guests are done with meals.
• Clearing soiled china, glassware and silverware during service.
• Resetting tables to standard as designated by management.
• Maintaining water service and bread service for guests.
• Assisting servers with duties to enhance guest experience.
• Be an ambassador for guests and relay messages to servers when needed.
• Provide personalized guest service at each table.
• Other duties as assigned.
