Job summary

Harbor Winds Hotel in Sheboygan, managed by Adventure Hospitality, seeks a part-time Guest Service Agent who also serves as bartender on the same shift to create memorable guest experiences.

The role blends front-desk responsibilities with bar service, requiring flexibility for a second shift (2pm–10pm) and occasional earlier/later hours, plus the ability to lift 50 lbs and obtain a bartender license if needed.

Qualifications

• Hospitality/guest service experience preferred.
• Ability to work second shift and weekends.
• Bartender license or permit or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and welcoming guests with a smile and energetic presence.
• Checking guests in and out of their rooms.
• Serving guests drinks and handling bar service.
• Booking reservations by phone and in person.
• Providing guests with hotel and local information.
• Handling guest payments by card or cash.
• Responding to reservation requests and guest inquiries.
• Answering incoming calls for the property.
• Setting up and taking down breakfast.
• Ensuring public areas and grounds are clean and shining.
• Responding to guest requests promptly and proactively.
