Lake Lawn Resort is seeking a passionate Part-Time Bartender to deliver an exceptional bar and dining experience on Delavan Lake. You will craft beverages, maintain a welcoming atmosphere, and uphold safety and service standards in a fast-paced resort setting.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of bartending experience preferred.
• Valid Bartender License or ability to obtain license.
• Experience with POS systems appreciated.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, engaging service to guests, creating a welcoming bar atmosphere
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
• Verify guest age and ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with laws and resort policies
• Operate POS system to open/close tabs, process payments, and manage transactions accurately
• Set up bar area with necessary supplies, equipment, and inventory prior to service
• Restock liquor, beer, wine, and bar supplies throughout shift
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas, including counters, equipment, and storage spaces
• Monitor guest consumption and avoid over-serving, ensuring a safe environment
• Assist with banquet or event bar setups based on event orders and contracts
• Conduct inventory counts, track usage, and complete required reporting
• Break down and close bar, ensuring all equipment is properly stored and accounted for
• Work collaboratively with barbacks and team members to ensure smooth operations
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
