Job summary

Wickenburg Ranch Golf & Social Club in Wickenburg, AZ is seeking a full-time Guest Service Attendant to join a fast-paced hospitality-focused property operated by Troon.

The role involves greeting guests, assisting with bag handling, cart maintenance, setting up tournaments, and delivering exceptional service while upholding course policies. Prior hospitality experience and reliable attendance are preferred.

Qualifications

• One-month related experience or training.
• Hospitality or service industry experience required.
• Minimum 1 year experience at a private golf club of similar size.
• Future PGA Class A and Associates preferred.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with upkeep of the clubhouse, cart storage and parking lot.
• Set up and execute golf tournaments and outings.
• Provide courteous service, bag handling and club cleaning.
• Maintain cart staging area, podium and bag drop area.
• Prepare golf carts for play following Troon Golf standards.
• Educate players on course policy, cart policy and pace of play.
• Assist players by changing golf spikes when needed.
• Perform range maintenance and manage golf ball inventory.
• Direct start of play when necessary.
• Maintain records of golfers renting clubs.
• Assist with food and beverage activities.
• Clean golf clubs after play and provide exceptional service.
• Welcome members and guests, assist with valet and retrieving items.
• Keep work areas clean and organized; observe safe practices.

Wickenburg Ranch Golf & Social Club, located in Wickenburg, AZ, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a full-time Guest Service Attendant! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you’ll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Responsibilities:

• Assists with the overall upkeep of the clubhouse, cart storage area and parking lot.
• Assists in the setup and execution of golf tournaments and outings.
• Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.
• Maintains the cart staging area in a neat and orderly fashion, including the podium and bag drop area.
• Maintains the cart storage area and cart wash down area in a neat, clean and orderly condition.
• Prepares golf carts for play following the standards of Troon Golf and Wickenburg Ranch Golf & Social Club.
• Assists in educating players regarding course policy, current cart policy, speed of play and so forth.
• Assists players by changing their golf spikes, if needed.
• Performs range maintenance such as presenting practice facility with practice balls, bag stands, den caddies and/or ball pyramids, and maintains ball inventory over the course of the day.
• Directs start of play when necessary.
• Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
• Services the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.
• Assists with food and beverage activities.
• Cleans golfers' clubs upon completion of play
• Provides exceptional service while exceeding all member & guest expectations
• Welcome members and guests upon arrival and assist with valet and/or retrieving golf bags/related items
• Prepare golf cart fleet to a high standard of cleanliness following the standards of Troon Golf & Blackstone Country Club
• Performs practice facility duties such as setting up, breaking down, maintaining general presentation, cleaning clubs & attending to all member/guest needs.
• Maintain a clean & organized work area at all times.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Qualifications:

• Ideal candidate should be career focused within the golf industry.
