Job summary

Wickenburg Ranch Golf and Social Club, part of Troon, is seeking a part-time Greeter to welcome guests and support dining operations at our Wickenburg, AZ property. Training is provided, and a friendly, outgoing attitude is essential as you assist with seating, reservations, and guest requests.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests with a warm, professional demeanor and guides them to seating.
• Manages guest lists, seating rotations and check procedures for smooth dining flow.
• Supervises side work and ensures stations are set before service ends.
• Maintains reservation book, answers phone calls, notes guest requests.
• Stays knowledgeable about menu items, prices, and service procedures.
• Maintains appearance and cleanliness standards in all service areas.
• Stays visible on the dining floor and accessible to guests and staff.
• Checks tables daily for proper settings and reset as needed.
• Assists with bussing tables and taking cocktail orders when needed.
• Communicates guest requests and concerns to the Department Manager.
• Upholds safe work practices in daily tasks.

Wickenburg Ranch Golf and Social Club in Wickenburg, AZ is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Greeter! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcomes each guest with a smile and friendly greeting, and escorts guests to their assigned table
• Controls the flow of work in the room by seating guests in station rotation while maintaining guest lists and following and enforcing check issue procedures
• Assigns opening and/or closing side duties; supervises side work and ensures completed lists of setups for all stations before the departure of service staff
• Maintains the reservation book, takes incoming telephone calls, and notes reservations and special requests from guests
• Remains knowledgeable of all menu items, prices, and general service procedures
• Responsible for standards of appearance and cleanliness in all service areas
• Remains visible on the dining room floor and is easily accessible to guests, staff, and management
• Checks all tables daily before service to ensure proper settings
• Assists with side work; assists service staff with bussing tables and taking cocktail orders
• Communicates guest requests and concerns to the Department Manager
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance

Minimum Qualifications:

• No experience necessary but will train.

Other Qualifications:

• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Demonstrates an outgoing and friendly attitude.
