Job summary

Troon’s The Monster site in Kiamesha Lake, NY is seeking a Guest Service Attendant to join a fast-paced hospitality-focused team. You will assist with guest services, club maintenance, and education of players while ensuring courteous, high-quality service.

Ideal candidates have at least one month of related experience or training and a strong emphasis on reliable attendance and safety. This is an on-site position within a dynamic golf property managed by Troon.

• Assists with the overall upkeep of Great Shots.
• Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.
• Assists in educating players regarding the game.
• Directs start of play when necessary.
• Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
• Services the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.
• Assists with food and beverage activities.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.
