Job summary

La Paloma Country Club, part of Troon, in Tucson, AZ, seeks a full-time Guest Service Attendant to enhance member and guest experiences and support golf club operations.

Responsibilities include assisting with club upkeep, guiding play, bag handling, club cleaning, and helping with food and beverage tasks. Regular attendance and prompt, courteous service are required.

We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Key Responsibilities of the Guest Services Attendant:

• Assists with the overall upkeep of Great Shots.
• Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.
• Assists in educating players regarding the game.
• Directs start of play when necessary.
• Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
• Services the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.
• Assists with food and beverage activities.

Minimum Qualifications of the Guest Services Attendant:

• One month related experience or training.
