Make Golf Your Career is seeking a Guest Service Attendant to deliver high-quality customer service to members and guests, manage the cart fleet, and maintain the driving range and bag room areas. • Assist players with course policies, speed of play, and equipment needs.
• Maintain records of golfers renting clubs.
• Clean rental clubs and golf clubs after play.
• Follow safe work practices and perform other duties as required.

Overview

The Guest Service Attendant is responsible for delivering high-quality customer service to members and guests, managing the cart fleet, and maintaining the driving range and bag room areas.

Essential Responsibilities

• Assist with the overall upkeep of the clubhouse, cart storage area and parking lot
• Provide sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning
• Maintain the cart staging area in a neat and orderly fashion, including the podium and bag drop area
• Maintain the cart storage area and cart wash down area in a neat, clean and orderly condition
• Prepare golf carts for play following the standards of Troon
• Assist in educating players regarding course policy, current cart policy, speed of play and so forth
• Assist players by changing their golf spikes if needed
• Maintain accurate records of golfers renting clubs
• Service customers who are renting golf clubs and clean rental clubs upon return
• Clean golfers' clubs upon completion of play
• Incorporate safe work practices in job performance
• Perform other duties as required
