Job summary

Twice is seeking an Outside service staff member to help prepare golf cars for player use, clean and prep equipment, and store carts nightly. You will assist with range setup, provide bag drop support, and help guests on and off the course while maintaining high service standards.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays. Regular attendance is essential as part of the team’s duties.

• Cleans and stores golf carts; prepares carts for play following standards.

Overview

Outside service staff will manage the preparation of golf cars for player use, as well as cleaning and prepping cars as they come off the course, while safely and properly storing them nightly. Prepare the range, upkeep range image throughout the day, close range at dusk. Properly clean, load, and store member and guest bags. Assist with player services, the bag drop, and getting players on and off the golf course.

Experience Required

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Must be available on weekdays, weekends, evenings, holidays and at times extended hours.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Essential Responsibilities

• Assists with the overall upkeep of the clubhouse, cart storage area and parking lot.
• Assists in the setup and execution of golf tournaments and outings.
• Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.
• Maintains the cart staging area in a neat and orderly fashion, including the podium and bag drop area.
• Maintains the cart storage area and cart wash area in a clean and orderly condition.
• Prepares golf carts for play following the standards of Troon Golf.
• Assists players by changing their golf spikes, if needed.
• Performs range maintenance such as presenting practice facility with practice balls, bag stands and maintains ball inventory over the course of the day.
• Services the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.
• Assists with food and beverage event setup.
• Cleans golfers' clubs upon completion of play.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.
