Job summary

Troon is seeking a friendly Cart Attendant to join the golf operations team. The role involves managing the golf cart fleet, maintaining carts, and ensuring availability for players. You will work closely with the Pro Shop and support tournament events while upholding course policies and safety.

The position emphasizes strong guest service, reliable work habits, and a willingness to learn and follow instructions in a dynamic outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• Strong customer/guest orientation required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Dependability and a friendly personality needed to work with the public.
• Working knowledge of golf rules preferred, ability to enforce course policies.

Responsibilities

• Bring carts from the cart barn in the morning and return carts at the end of the day.
• Clean, fuel, and check carts after each use; maintain cart barn.
• Ensure carts are available for player use at all times.
• Receive and communicate complaints to the Pro Shop; work with staff on tournaments.
• Implement and support course policies and programs as directed by management.
