Job Description

Provide legendary service to guests in the dining room by being the ambassador to the kiosk ordering system.

Responsibilities

1. Greet every guest with a smile and assist with kiosk ordering.
2. Guide guests on kiosk functions, including rewards, ordering, payments, and receipt printing.
3. Assist with beverage service, food running, and pre-bussing when no guests are in the kiosk queue.
4. Maintain the kiosk area, change receipt paper, and restock supplies.
5. Sample to guests entering the cafe and support company initiatives.
6. Maintain cleanliness of the condiment station and dining room, including sweeping and table bussing.

Hours

Low Volume/Limited: 8:00-2:00; Medium to High Volume during peak times.

Qualifications

Entry level preferred. Full-time employment.
