Salary Range: $19.78

Job Summary

Warm, friendly immediate greeting to guests at the door. Ability to effectively process all transactions through the POS system quickly and accurately.

Job Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with customers to provide excellent service.
  • Work as a team member.
  • Perform opening checklist duties.
  • Process transactions through POS system.
  • Assist with unit housekeeping.
  • Greet guests promptly with a warm smile and proper words.
  • Walk at guest pace, making eye contact and engaging in conversation.
  • Answer phone calls politely and address guests positively.
  • Regularly clean front desk area.
  • Keep menus clean and organized; perform menu runs as needed.
  • Fill to-go and merchandise orders following brand procedures.
  • Interact warmly with guests as they leave.
  • Follow closing checklist and be checked out by a manager before leaving.
Skills and Competencies
