We're hiring a Part Time Guest Service Attendant at Billy Caldwell Golf Course in Chicago, IL!

Compensation: $15.20 - $16.20 / hour

Key Responsibilities of the Guest Services Attendant:

1. Maintain professional appearance
2. Provide information regarding the golf course, play time and other golf related issues
3. Provide customer service to arriving guests to help expedite check-in process
4. Verify that all revenues have been properly recorded by inspecting receipts for all players before they begin play on the golf course
5. Advise guests of course conditions and expected pace of play
6. Implement and support all course policies and programs as communicated by management
7. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager

Minimum Qualifications of the Guest Services Attendant:

1. Must have a valid driver’s license (if driving golf cars or driving range equipment)
2. Must have a strong work ethic
3. Must have a friendly personality and enjoy working with the public
4. Organized, able to work well in a fast-paced environment
5. Must have strong customer/guest orientation
6. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
7. Must be dependable
8. Knowledge about the game of golf preferred
