Responsibilities

1. Promptly acknowledge customers in person and on the phone.
2. Promote special offers or programs.
3. Stock lobby merchandise and refreshments; maintain cleanliness of all customer areas.
4. Thank every customer and answer questions about services and procedures.
5. Assist with location cleanliness, including sweeping, mopping, cleaning windows, and minor landscaping.
6. Follow safety procedures and employee appearance guidelines.
