Job summary

Harri is seeking an enthusiastic guest services associate with prior restaurant or hospitality experience. In this role you will assist guests with menu selections, answer questions about offerings, and ensure orders are transmitted accurately to bar and kitchen.

You will serve meals, maintain table settings, replenish beverages, and respond promptly and courteously to guest needs while adhering to sanitation and safety policies.

• Previous experience in restaurant/hospitality/entertainment venue.
• Superb customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem solver and team player.
• Flexible with varying schedules to reflect business needs.
• Must have reasonable knowledge of food & beverage preparation and service.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service to our guests. Assist in patron food and beverage selection, presenting menu and answering patron questions regarding menu, cuisine and beverages.
• Transmit orders to bar and kitchen identifying patron special requests and any dietary restrictions
• Serve orders, maintain table settings by removing courses, replenishing beverages, utensils, and ensuring guests requests or issues are handled promptly and courteously
• Adhere to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies
