Job summary

Harri in Las Vegas is seeking energized servers to deliver flawless guest experiences in a fast-paced, fine-dining setting. You will own the table, know the menu, pair beverages, and collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain service excellence during every shift.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a consistently high-quality and attentive level of service that aligns with fine-dining standards.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the menu, ingredients, preparation methods, allergens, and presentation
• Exhibit strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktails, and pairings to guide guests with confidence and accuracy
• Provide personalized recommendations based on guest preferences, dietary needs, and dining occasions
• Execute service with precision by following established steps of service to ensure consistency, accuracy, and efficiency
• Maintain awareness of table progress, kitchen timing, bar pacing, and guest satisfaction throughout service.
• Collaborate with support staff and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service execution
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Uphold all company policies, service standards, and brand expectations at all times
