Church's Chicken is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to serve guests courteously, quickly and efficiently while following operating standards. You will take orders, fill them promptly, and ensure guest satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

You will handle cash, count back change, rotate and display products, and keep the service area clean. Adherence to procedures ensures quality service and accurate cash handling at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with some related work experience.
• Knowledge of restaurant policies and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and interact professionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and take/fill orders within service time.
• Upsell products as directed by management and collect payment.
• Ensure cash accuracy; count back change and manage drawer integrity.
• Maintain clean display, rotate products, and restock supplies.
• Address customer concerns promptly; notify the manager when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
