Troon’s Kukuiolono Park & Golf Course in Kalaheo, Hawaii seeks a full-time Guest Services Associate to deliver friendly service, assist with clubhouse upkeep, cart storage, and tournament setup.

You will handle bag and club services, prep golf carts, educate players on course policies, support range operations, and assist with food and beverage activities, learning within a global golf-management company. Regular attendance and a positive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 6–12 months customer service experience or training

Responsibilities

• Assists with upkeep of clubhouse, cart storage area and parking lot.
• Assists in setup and execution of golf tournaments and outings.
• Provides courteous service, bag handling and club cleaning.
• Maintains cart staging area, podium and bag drop area in neat condition.
• Prepares golf carts for play per Troon Golf standards.
• Supports players with course and cart policy information; assists with spikes as needed.
• Performs range maintenance and ensures inventory of practice balls and related equipment.
• Directs start of play when necessary and records golfers renting clubs.
• Serves customers renting golf clubs and cleans clubs on return.
• Assists with food and beverage activities.

We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part ofTroon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Key Responsibilities of the Guest Services Associate:

• Assists with the overall upkeep of the clubhouse, cart storage area and parking lot.
• Assists in the setup and execution of golf tournaments and outings.
• Provides sincere and courteous service to all guests with items such as bag handling and club cleaning.
• Maintains the cart staging area in a neat and orderly fashion, including the podium and bag drop area.
• Maintains the cart storage area and cart wash down area in a neat, clean and orderly condition.
• Prepares golf carts for play following the standards of Troon Golf.
• Assists in educating players regarding course policy, current cart policy, speed of play and so forth.
• Assists players by changing their golf spikes, if needed.
• Performs range maintenance such as: presenting practice facility with practice balls, bag stands, den caddies and/or ball pyramids, and maintains ball inventory over the course of the day.
• Directs start of play when necessary.
• Maintains accurate records of golfers renting clubs.
• Services the customer who is renting golf clubs and cleans rental clubs upon return.
• Assists with food and beverage activities.
• Cleans golfers' clubs upon completion of play.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Minimum Qualifications of the Guest Services Associate:

• HighSchool Diploma or GED; andsix months to a year customer serviceexperience or training.
