Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Wisconsin Dells is seeking a Guest Service Ambassador to warmly welcome guests, assist during check-in and check-out, and help create memorable experiences with a friendly, can-do attitude.

You will join a team that embodies the Promise to Lead with Love, providing top-notch service and supporting associates, while enjoying flexible full-time or part-time hours throughout the year.

• Must be computer-savvy and eager to provide excellent service to guests.
• No experience necessary. We will train the right person with the right attitude, personality, and drive.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
• Participate as a team and use core values and service expectations listed in the Kalahari Promise daily.
• Answer guest inquiries about resort services, facilities, restaurants, transportation, and hours of operation in a timely manner.
• Ensure logging and delivery of packages, mail and messages to guests and meeting rooms.

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking aGuest Service Ambassador. In this role, you will need a friendly and enthusiastic attitude to help guests during their check-in, stay, and check-out. Ensuring each person leaves with memories that last a lifetime.Your role will be key in delivering top-notch service and making every guest’s experience truly exceptional. As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Your professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall impression of the Kalahari.
