Kalahari Resorts & Conventions in Wisconsin Dells is seeking a 3rd Shift Guest Service Ambassador to welcome guests during check-in, stay, and check-out. You will deliver top-notch service and help create memorable experiences as part of our leadership team, guided by the Promise to Lead with Love.

Your role involves assisting guests, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive overall impression of the resort with friendly, professional behavior.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests feel welcome with responsive, friendly, courteous service.

• Answer guest inquiries about resort services, facilities, restaurants, transportation, and hours.
• Log and deliver packages, mail and messages to guests and meeting rooms.

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a 3 rd Shift Guest Service Ambassador. In this role, you will need a friendly and enthusiastic attitude to help guests during their check-in, stay, and check-out. Ensuring each person leaves with memories that last a lifetime.Your role will be key in delivering top-notch service and making every guest’s experience truly exceptional. As part of our leadership team, you’ll embody our Promise to Lead with Love guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Your professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall impression of the Kalahari.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
• Participate as a team and use core values and service expectations listed in the Kalahari Promise daily.
• Answer guest inquiries about resort services, facilities, restaurants, transportation, and hours of operation in a timely manner.
• Ensure logging and delivery of packages, mail and messages to guests and meeting rooms.
