Job summary

Margaritaville is seeking a Guest Service Ambassador to act as on-site hospitality specialist, guiding guests through their stay. This role involves partnering with multiple departments to ensure an unforgettable experience, with a schedule that runs Monday to Sunday, 7 am to 10:30 pm, up to 40 hours weekly.

You'll check guests in/out, handle payments, review notes for guest accommodations, and respond to requests with the highest level of hospitality.

Qualifications

• Exhibits a friendly and professional demeanor in all interactions.
• Ability to work rotating shifts may be required based on operational needs.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Must stay calm in difficult situations and be knowledgeable of emergency procedures.

Responsibilities

• Checks in guests in an efficient and friendly manner, using guest name whenever possible.
• Collects payments in compliance with credit card processing and accounting policies and procedures.
• Review reservation notes and requests to ensure accommodations are accurate.
• Checks out guests and settles folios accurately.
• Responds to all guests requests with hospitality and professionalism via in-person, phone, and email.
• Provides information regarding resort services and activities as needed.
• Interacts using internal systems and communicates with departments via radio, email, and Teams.
• Provides personalized in-person tours at arrival and completes pre-arrival inspections.
