You will assist with check-in/check-out, answer inquiries, process payments, and guide guests to resort services and local activities with a warm, professional attitude.

Role requires strong communication, detail orientation, and adaptability in person, on the phone, and via email.

Responsabilités

• Check in guests efficiently and accurately, using guest name when possible.
• Process payments in line with policies and procedures.
• Review reservation notes to ensure accommodations match requests.
• Check out guests and settle folios accurately.
• Provide information on resort services and local activities to enhance guest stays.
