Job summary

Hampton Inn Morgantown is seeking a friendly Guest Service Agent to be the face of our welcoming hotel in Morgantown, WV. You will greet guests, assist with check-in and check-out, and help ensure a smooth stay during the main 7am–3pm shift.

This role requires excellent communication, strong multitasking, and proficiency with hotel software and Microsoft Office. You will coordinate reservations, provide local information, handle billing at checkout, and collaborate with the team to deliver

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office.
• Positive attitude and customer service orientation.
