Job summary

Brittain Resorts & Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Agent (Front Desk) to be the first point of contact for guests at our Florida resort. You will greet guests, check them in and out, handle inquiries, assist with reservations, and process payments, ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Shifts run 9am–9pm and may include weekends/holidays or work at a sister location. The role offers a supportive team environment with extensive benefits and opportunities for growth within our hospitality group.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest services a plus.
• Able to greet guests warmly and manage inquiries professionally.

Responsibilities

Overview

Guest Service Agents (Front Desk) act as the first point of contact for our guests. In this position, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, blocking guest rooms and processing guest registrations, processing accurate payment transactions, submitting housekeeping and maintenance work order request forms, and creating a memorable experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Guest Service Agent responsibilities include, but are not limited to;

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Check guests in and out efficiently
• Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel facilities and services
• Assist guests with reservations and booking arrangements
• Manage phone calls and reservations effectively
• Process payments and maintain guest accounts
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality business, team members may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the resort, including weekends and holidays
• Must be able to work mixed shifts between the hours of 9am and 9pm. This position may be required to work shifts at a sister location, Sunset Vistas Beachfront Suites as well.
