The Quail in Carmel Valley, California is seeking a Full-Time & Part-Time Guest Service Agent to support our Front Office Department.

Join a prestigious hospitality team and deliver exceptional check-in/out experiences, answer inquiries, and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready on time. You will handle reservations and provide local knowledge to guests while maintaining a warm, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or combination of education, training, and experience.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Outgoing, sociable and well spoken.
• Prior hotel front desk experience required.

Key Accountabilities

• Responsible for all guest services related to the objectives of the property.
• Handle guest check-in, check-out and sharing general knowledge about the property, our company, and local attractions.
• Provide prompt and courteous switchboard services by taking reservations and transferring phone calls.
• Work closely with the Housekeeping Department to ensure rooms are cleaned on time and special requests are honored.
