Job summary

Waterford Hotel Group is seeking a friendly Guest Service Agent to be the first and last point of contact for guests at our Hanover-area property. This role rewards quick thinking, multitasking, and a positive, can-do attitude to ensure every guest leaves satisfied.

You will greet guests, check in and out, assist with room assignments, answer calls, post charges, and relay information across departments to maintain superb service.

• Greeting & Thanking guests in a sincere and friendly manner
• Checking in and checking out guests.
• Assigning rooms & taking care of administrative duties

• Passing information within departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
