Qualifications

• Warm and friendly manner when relating to the public.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the happy, helpful face of the hotel to guests entering and departing.
• Ensure exceptional experiences for guests and team members.
• Assist guests in a friendly, efficient, courteous, and professional manner.
• Perform front desk tasks: check-in/out, promote programs, maintain records, cash handling.
• Assist with breakfast and Kickback service, including setup and cleanup.
• Uphold integrity, service, and hospitality as part of the Drury culture.
