Qualifications

• Minimum of one year in Front Desk Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of hotel Front Desk operations.
• Minimum of High School education.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests on arrival with personal recognition.
• Reviews arrival lists daily and assists in preparing and assembling welcome amenities.
• Escort VIPs to rooms and check them in prior to arrival.
• Answer the telephone within three rings and transfer as needed.
• Handle issued bank, count at start and end of shift, and report cash over/shorts to management.
• Keep front desk area clean and organized.
• Assist with lobby activation as needed.
• Handle guest PPI data responsibly.
• Follow check-in/out procedures and verify identification and payment.
• Attend promptly to guest needs and inquiries.
• Perform various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives.
