Hilton Garden Inn Bloomington is seeking a Guest Service Agent to greet, register and assist guests in a friendly, brand-aligned manner. The role involves handling payments, reservations, and communications via the PMS system to ensure smooth check-in and stay experiences.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior customer service experience. The position may require standing, lifting up to 25 pounds, and working varied shifts including holidays and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience or equivalent training required.
• Knowledge of PMS systems preferred.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with their needs.
• Register guests and assign rooms.
• Compute bills, collect payments, and make change.
• Make and confirm reservations.
• Transmit and receive messages using the PMS system.
• Respond to guest requests in a timely manner.
• Receive and resolve guest complaints, elevating to supervisor if necessary.
• Be aware of guest satisfaction scores and work toward increasing satisfaction.
• Assist in the breakfast area or assist guests with luggage during peak periods.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction and perform other duties as requested by management.
