Job summary

The Radical Hotel, part of Hilton's Tapestry Collection, seeks a Guest Service Agent in Asheville, NC. You will welcome guests, manage check-ins/outs, and provide local recommendations to create memorable stays.

Ideal candidates have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. Prior front desk or customer service experience is preferred. Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts are common.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred or equivalent.
• Prior hospitality or customer service experience helpful.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with guests.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, engaging guest service from arrival through departure.
• Check-in and check-out guests accurately and efficiently.
• Manage reservations, room assignments, and guest billing.
• Answer guest questions and offer local recommendations for dining, activities, and attractions.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure seamless experiences.
• Assist phones and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate guest records in the property management system.
• Uphold The Radical Hotel and Hilton/Tapestry Collection service standards.
