The starting pay for this position is $16.50 hourly.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Participate in departmental and company meetings
• Greet guests warmly and sincerely
• Answer phones promptly following the company script
• Take accurate messages and initiate actions as needed
• Check guests in and out of the hotel and RV park per procedures
• Obtain proper ID and payment during check-in
• Assign rooms based on availability and guest requests
• Create and update reservations as needed
• Complete reports, audits, and checklists timely
• Conduct wake-up calls and schedule as required
• Send and receive faxes
• Perform daily bucket checks
• Handle guest requests and complaints, escalating when necessary
• Maintain friendliness and courtesy at all times
• Complete assigned tasks proactively
• Prioritize needs and manage resources effectively
• Report safety hazards or issues immediately
• Ensure customer service standards are met
• Manage group check-ins and billing efficiently
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience with hotel operating systems preferred
• Computer skills preferred
• Hotel experience preferred
• Availability to work weekends and holidays
